The Service may allow you to purchase Virtual Items. Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the property of Azradon.

Virtual Items are delivered digitally and typically instantly after successful payment.

Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency outside of the Service.

By purchasing Virtual Items, you acknowledge that all sales are final once the items are delivered.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or revoke Virtual Items at any time for technical, balancing, or security reasons.

• Prices, packages, and availability of Virtual Items may change at any time.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and is subject to their terms.
• If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back after Virtual Items have been delivered, we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate the associated Account.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help others do so.

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software or automation.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.
• Do not attempt to access or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Do not impersonate Azradon staff or representatives.
• Do not advertise, promote, or solicit other services, websites, or products through the Service.
• Do not share personal information of other users.
• Do not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Service. Any discovered issues must be reported to us.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Azradon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

The Service, including the website, launcher, shop, and custom content created for the Service, is owned by Azradon or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services. Azradon does not control or endorse these third-party services and is not responsible for their content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and you may lose access to Virtual Items associated with your Account.

We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove characters, items, currencies, or other in-game progress if necessary for technical or operational reasons.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Azradon does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Neither Azradon nor its subsidiaries, licensors, or affiliates shall be liable in any way for damage or loss of any kind resulting from (a) the use of or inability to use the Service, including without limitation loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, or malfunction; (b) the loss or damage to player characters, accounts, statistics, inventories, user profile information, Virtual Items, currency, or other in-game assets stored by the Service; or (c) interruptions of Service including without limitation ISP disruptions, software or hardware failures, or any other event which may result in a loss of data or disruption of Service.

In no event will Azradon be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azradon, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Azradon is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the Last updated date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
